About Us
Our CEO & Founder, Alena Kavalchuk, is a UAE-based Supply Chain Director and sustainable food logistics strategist with more than 18 years of experience building and transforming complex networks across Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
She has led end-to-end operations and large-scale change programs for global brands such as Danone and Carlsberg, Big 4 consulting clients, and one of the UAE’s major retail groups, covering everything from demand planning and production to warehousing, last-mile delivery, and 3PL ecosystems.
Throughout her career, Alena has launched over fifty 3PL partnerships, redesigned route-to-market models, and delivered multi-million-dollar logistics savings while pushing service levels towards 99%.
She has implemented S&OP/IBP processes in multiple organisations and led a strategic ESG initiative in supply chain aimed at achieving a 30% reduction in Group CO₂ emissions
by 2030, with a strong focus on food waste, energy efficiency, and smarter transport.
